Venezuela’s controversial president Hugo Ch\u00e0vez<\/a> has just joined Twitter (@chavezcandanga<\/a>)… and he’s taken a page from Conan O’Brien<\/a>‘s (@ConanOBrien<\/a>) Twitter playbook.<\/p>\n

<\/a>Just like the late night talk show host, Ch\u00e0vez is following only one person<\/a>. Unlike the late night talk show host, Ch\u00e0vez probably didn’t really think about who he selected.<\/p>\n

(For the record, by “person,” I’m using the U.S. Supreme Court<\/a>‘s version of the term.)<\/p>\n

Ch\u00e0vez is following @ubertwitter<\/a>, the Twitter client popular on BlackBerry smartphones.<\/p>\n
